Shipping Policy
Oman Delivery Method: All Domestic Orders (Oman) will be dispatched via Wasel Lee Company. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, The company will contact you for delivery, and orders should arrive between 1-2 business days.
International Shipping: We ship internationally using Aramex (Express courier). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Tracking numbers will be sent via email, and packages should arrive within approximately 3-10 business days.
PO Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship packages to PO boxes.
Shipping Rates:
- Oman: Flat rate of $5.20
- GCC Countries: Shipping starts from $12.99 (including tracking)
- Rest of the World: Shipping starts from $25 (including tracking)
Import Taxes and Customs Duties: We do not take responsibility for duties and fees mandated by customs. Import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price and will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD.
