What is Oman Delivery Method?

All Domestic Orders (Oman) will be sent via Wasel Lee Om. company Please allow 2-3 business days for the package to be dispatched. Once dispatched, The Company will contact your number for delivery. Orders should arrive between 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to the following countries:

All International Orders will be sent by Aramex (Express courier). Please allow 2-3 business days for the package to be dispatched. Tracking number will be sent to your email once it’s dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated. Your package will arrive within approximately 3-10 business days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Sadly, we can’t ship packages to PO boxes.

Yes, we do! For our valued customers in GCC countries (Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain & Qatar), we offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

What’s the website currency?

All products are in US Dollars.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online Payment by credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and secure online payment gateways are accepted. Check out the list in the footer of the website.

Why Am I Facing Issues Paying With Card?

If you are based outside the MENA Region (S/N America, Europe ... etc) kindly make sure your Card is activated; has 3DSecure (Visa Secure or MasterCard ID Check). You may need to contact your Bank to enable the 3D security for your card to receive an OTP to continue with checkout.

We advise customers from Outside the MENA Region to use PayPal for a faster checkout & a better shopping experience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do i have to pay import taxes or customs duties?

We do not take responsibility of duties and fees mandated by customs. On all international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen after it's been delivered?

While we strive to provide a secure and reliable shipping experience, once a package has been delivered to the specified address, our responsibility concludes. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery or choosing a secure delivery location. In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

What happens if I don't respond to customs and my order is disposed of?

If you do not respond to customs and your order is disposed of, you take full responsibility for the loss. We are not responsible for any orders disposed of by customs due to lack of response.
